Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, drejtori Asani e njoftoi ambasadorin izraelit me aktivitetet dhe pun\u00ebt k\u00ebrkimore shkencore t\u00eb ITSHKSH, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb theksin n\u00eb disa ngjarje e projekte q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me ndri\u00e7imin e t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs s\u00eb Hebrenj\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebto vise. Ky ka qen\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb prej motiveve p\u00ebr themelimin e Departamentit p\u00ebr edukimin dhe hulumtimine Holokaustit, q\u00eb, sipas Dr. Asanit, \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi n\u00eb rajon dhe kasynime serioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentuar dhe t\u00eb faktuar, t\u00eb gjitha hijet e epok\u00ebs s\u00eb err\u00ebt naziste. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, si\u00e7 njoftoi edhe Dr. Asani, Instituti i Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb Shpirt\u00ebrore e Kulturore t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkup, me rastin e 77 \u2013vjetorit t\u00eb deportimit t\u00eb hebrenjve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb Treblinka, botoi librin \u201cLEGJISLACIONI BAZIK MBI ANTISEMITIZMIN I MBRET\u00cbRIS\u00cb BULLGARE\u201d \u2013 nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje dokumentesh nga autor\u00ebt: Skender Asani, Nora Maliqi \u2013 Zylali dhe Vlado Popovski.<\/p>\n

Dan Oryan gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bisede u njoftua se ky lib\u00ebr po p\u00ebrkthehet edhe shqip dhe anglisht dhe s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb del nga shtypi, me \u00e7\u2019rast edhe do t\u00eb promovohet n\u00eb disa qendra t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme rajonale dhe europiane.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb aktiviteteve shkencore t\u00eb Departamentit p\u00ebr edukimin dhe hulumtimin e Holokaustit pran\u00eb ITSHKSH, Dr. Skender Asani n\u00eb bised\u00eb me Ambasadorin izraelit Dan Oryan e njoftoi k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit se jav\u00eb m\u00eb pare \u00ebsht\u00eb promovuar n\u00eb Shkup dhe n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb doracaku \u201cRekomandimet p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien dhe m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnien mbi Holokaustin\u201d. Ky doracak \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme \u2013 shqip, maqedonisht, turqisht dhe serbisht, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas Dr. Asanit, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet etnike n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebr Holokaustin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tyre amtare.<\/p>\n

\u201cSa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebtij doracaku, m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb them se mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb kjo tem\u00eb tash m\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb edhe e shkollavet ona, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shans\u00eb e shk\u00eblqyer q\u00eb jovet\u00ebm ta kujtojm\u00eb nj\u00eb tragjedi me p\u00ebrmasa planetare, por edhe t\u00eb kujtohemi n\u00eb paraardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7astin e p\u00ebrthyerjes s\u00eb historis\u00eb, ata ishin n\u00eb an\u00ebn e duhur t\u00eb saj, tha Dr. Skender Asani n\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedim me Ambasadorin e Izraelit n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, i akredituar n\u00eb Beograd, shk\u00eblqesin\u00eb e tij Dan Oryan .Ky i fundit u njoftuanga Dr. Asani edhe mbi raportin m\u00eb t\u00eb ri nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr lirit\u00eb fetare t\u00eb Departamentit t\u00eb Shtetit Amerikan me \u00e7\u2019rast, p\u00ebrmendet decidivisht edhe kontributi i Institutit t\u00eb Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb Shpirt\u00ebrore e Kulturore t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkup.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar, Ministria e Arsimit dhe Instituti i Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb Shpirt\u00ebrore dhe Kulturore t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve, happen nj\u00eb Departament t\u00eb Edukimin dhe Hulumtimet mbi Holokaustin. Q\u00ebllimet e p\u00ebrcaktuara t\u00eb Departamentit jan\u00eb mbrojtja e liris\u00eb fetare, promovimi i respektimit t\u00eb diversitetit fetar dhe inkurajimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrfetar si nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar antisemitizmin\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raport.<\/p>\n

Nga ana e tij, Ambsadori Oryan, shprehu mir\u00ebnjohje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr aktivitetet dhe partneritetin e realizuar gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar me shtetin e Izraelit dhe p\u00ebr numrin e madh t\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta q\u00eb do t\u00eb pasojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Ai posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe kontributin e Departamentit t\u00eb Holokaustit pran\u00eb ITSHKSH n\u00eb hulumtimin dhe edukimin rreth Holokaustit. Gjithashtu, gjat\u00eb bised\u00ebs, ambasadori Dan Oryan ndau me Dr. Asanin \u00e7\u00ebshtje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn izraelite, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsia e zgjerimit t\u00eb partneriteteve n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha si me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ashtu dhe me Kosov\u00ebn, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb memorandumit t\u00eb njohjes reciproke n\u00eb mes dy shteteve.<\/p>\n

Dr. Asani n\u00eb vijim e njoftoi Ambasadorin Oryan me synimet q\u00eb ka n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen ITSHKSH, duke ve\u00e7uar me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast p\u00ebrgatitjen e nj\u00eb strategjie rreth Holokaustit p\u00ebr vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm, e cila do t\u00eb ket\u00eb si lajtmotiv ndjekjen e modeleve m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara t\u00eb p\u00ebrafrimit dhe kultivimit t\u00eb tolerances n\u00eb mes t\u00eb etnive dhe religjioneve t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

\nOn this occasion, Director Asani informed the Israeli Ambassador about the activities and scientific research of ISCHA, emphasizing some events and projects related to shedding light on the past of the Jews in these areas. This was also one of the motives for the establishment of the Department for Holocaust Education and Research, which, according to Dr. Asani, is the only one in the region and has serious intentions to highlight, in a documented and factual way, all the shadows of the dark Nazi era. For this purpose, as announced by Dr. Asani, the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians in Skopje, on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the deportation of Macedonian Jews to Treblinka, published the book ” BASIC ANTISEMITIK LEGISLATION OF KINGDOM OF BULGARIA “, of the authors Skender Asani, Nora Maliqi – Zylali and Vlado Popovski.

\nIn the framework of the scientific activities of the Department for Holocaust education and research within ISCHA, Dr. Skender Asani in a conversation with Israeli Ambassador Dan Oryan, informed him that the handbook “Recommendations for teaching and learning about the Holocaust” was promoted in Skopje and Pristina during last month. This handbook is realized in four different languages – Albanian, Macedonian, Turkish and Serbian, so that, according to Dr. Asani, is including all ethnic communities in Northern Macedonia, and at the same time all to have the opportunity to learn about the Holocaust in their mother tongue.

\nThe US Department of State in the latest international report on religious freedom for 2019 in Northern Macedonia, emphasized the contribution of the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians in Skopje.
\n“In March last year, the Ministry of Education and the Institute of Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians, opened a Department of Education and Research on the Holocaust. “The department’s defined goals are to protect religious freedom, promote respect for religious diversity and encourage interfaith cooperation as a means of combating anti-Semitism,” was written on the report.
\nOn his part, Ambassador Oryan expressed special gratitude for the activities and partnership realized during the past year with the state of Israel and for the large number of joint projects that will follow in the future. He especially emphasized the importance and contribution of the Department for Holocaust Education and Research within the ISCHA. Also, during the conversation, Ambassador Dan Oryan shared with Dr. Asani issues of great importance for the Israeli side, which are including the possibility of expanding partnerships in many areas with both Albania and Kosovo, especially after the signing of the memorandum of mutual recognition between the two countries.
