Aktiviteti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb u organizua sipas masave shtr\u00ebnguese p\u00ebr parandalimin e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb Virusit COVID 19, nd\u00ebrsa tema e Tribun\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti ishte n\u00eb unison t\u00eb plot\u00eb me situat\u00ebn e krijuar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Edhe pse arsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb veprimtari e gjer\u00eb e cila ng\u00ebrthen n\u00eb veten e saj shum\u00eb problematika dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje me interes t\u00eb gjer\u00eb publik, k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, sikurse tha koordinatorja p\u00ebr organizimin e tribun\u00ebs, mr. Laura Papraniku Bejtullau, ka qen\u00eb e pa mundur t\u00eb shmanget diskutimi rreth Pandemis\u00eb, respektivisht impaktit q\u00eb ka pasur dhe vazhdon t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn e arsimit. \u201dPrandaj, vendos\u00ebm q\u00eb debatin rreth arsimit mos ta shk\u00ebpusim nga rrethanat q\u00eb ka krijuar Pandemia n\u00eb raport me arsimin, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka edhe tribun\u00ebn e pag\u00ebzuam \u2018Arsimi dhe Pandemia\u2019\u201d, sqaroi ajo. Duke iu referuar pesh\u00ebs historike q\u00eb ka shkolla e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, e themeluar m\u00eb 7 mars t\u00eb vitit 1887, Bejtullau e cil\u00ebsoi at\u00eb \u201cmargaritar t\u00eb \u00e7muar n\u00eb gjerdanin e vlerave historike q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar nd\u00ebr shekuj shqiptar\u00ebt\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa organizmin e aktiviteteve q\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtojn\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla si \u201cpjes\u00eb t\u00eb detyrimit dhe pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr rruajtjen dhe promovimin e vlerave t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb kulturore\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ITSHKSH-ja, sikurse tha drejtori i saj prof.dr. Skender Asani, \u201cjo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin e debatit shkencor p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha ngjarjet dhe personalitetet q\u00eb me madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e tyre i kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb vul\u00ebn historis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, por do t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kapacitete intelektuale dhe shkencore p\u00ebr ti promovuar ato vlera edhe n\u00eb rrafshin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u201d. Historia e shkollave shqipe, plot\u00ebsoj m\u00eb tej drejtori Asani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb faqe e ndritur q\u00eb na b\u00ebn krenar\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, prandaj e kemi p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb organizojm\u00eb aktivitete si kjo tribun\u00eb e 7 marsit, e cila tanim\u00eb po kthehet n\u00eb aktivitet tradicional t\u00eb Institutit. \u201cSi\u00e7 ndodh r\u00ebndom\u00eb, nga fatkeq\u00ebsit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb nxirren m\u00ebsime tep\u00ebr t\u00eb vlefshme, edhe n\u00eb rastin e k\u00ebsaj pandemie nuk duhet t\u00eb mungojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar \u2018fat n\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi\u2019, pra p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb platforma dhe strategji t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb platformat e deritanishme konvencionale. Pandemia, erdhi si nj\u00eb goditje e fuqishme p\u00ebr k\u00ebndelljen e sistemit ton\u00eb arsimor, i cili e kishte thuajse t\u00eb pa mundur t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb filozofin\u00eb e konceptimit edhe pse dekada me radh\u00eb n\u00eb qarqet akademike diskutohen problemet dhe defektet e nj\u00ebjta\u201d, n\u00ebnvizoi ai. Duke fal\u00ebnderuar pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e tribun\u00ebs shkencore \u201cArsimi dhe pandemia\u201d, drejtori i ITSHKSH-s\u00eb ndau bindjen se me analizat dhe sugjerimet q\u00eb do t\u00eb prezantohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tribun\u00eb do ti kontribuohet p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb gjithmbarshme p\u00ebr sjelljen e risive n\u00eb sistemin arsimor jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rrafshin nacional por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ekspert\u00ebt e arsimit, prof.dr. Xheladin Murati dhe prof.dr. Avzi Mustafa, dhan\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimet analitike p\u00ebr ndikimet q\u00eb ka Pandemia n\u00eb \u201cjet\u00ebn shkollore\u201d t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb sistemit arsimor. \u201cPandemia Covid-19 b\u00ebri q\u00eb arsimi ti n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb kaosi t\u00eb madh t\u00eb dijes e t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb nga arsyet kryesore e k\u00ebtij kaosi dhe k\u00ebsaj krize \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mungesa e nj\u00eb strategjie korrekte p\u00ebr qasjen ndaj virusit dhe p\u00ebr organizimin e shkoll\u00ebs. M\u00ebsimi on-line mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb shum\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr sistemin e arsimit universitar. P\u00ebrmes platformave t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla mund dhe duhet t\u00eb organizohet m\u00ebsimi n\u00ebp\u00ebr universitete, por kur behet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr arsimim parauniversitar, pra p\u00ebr shkollat fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme, gj\u00ebrat ndryshojn\u00eb, sepse nuk kemi as kushtet dhe as mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pajisim nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit me dijet, kompetencat dhe shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfitohen n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d, v\u00ebrejti prof. dr. Murati. Nd\u00ebrkaq, prof.dr. Mustafa tha se \u201dsituata me Pandemin\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsoi dhe thelloi ende me shum\u00eb problemet n\u00eb sistemin ton\u00eb arsimor, sepse ishim t\u00eb pa p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur procesin m\u00ebsimor nga format kovencionale n\u00eb format e m\u00ebsimit p\u00ebrmes teknologjis\u00eb informatike\u201d. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 problemeve t\u00eb shumta infrastrukturore dhe munges\u00ebs s\u00eb mjeteve teknike, sistemi i arsimit ka edhe nj\u00eb munges\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb madhe, at\u00eb t\u00eb mos pasjes s\u00eb programeve m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr situata t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo e pandemis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me mjaft interes ishte edhe paraqitja e prof.dr. Lulzim Mehmedi, ligj\u00ebrues n\u00eb Universitetin e Tetov\u00ebs, i cili iu referua sfidave p\u00ebr organizimin dhe menaxhimin e m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar. \u201c51.4% e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve pajtohen se fillimi i pandemis\u00eb na gjeti t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr m\u00ebsim n\u00eb distanc\u00eb, 33.7% pajtohen plot\u00ebsisht, nd\u00ebrsa nuk pajtohen vet\u00ebm 9.8% e tyre\u201d. Kjo, sikurse plot\u00ebsoi ai, n\u00ebnkupton se arsimin parauniversitar e gjeti RMV-n\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgatitur. Lidhur me platform\u00ebn, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn m\u00eb s\u00eb tep\u00ebrmi e kan\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn mars &#8211; qershor 2020, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb anket\u00ebs q\u00eb prof.dr. Mehmedi ka realizuar me 428 m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, 49.6% e tyre kan\u00eb deklaruar se e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur Zoomin,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">11.3% Google Meet, 12.5% Viberin dhe 18.9% asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn. Jasht\u00ebzakonisht i vog\u00ebl \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb realizuar m\u00ebsim. Ligj\u00ebruesja e shkencave sociale n\u00eb Universitetin \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d n\u00eb Shkup, Elisabeta Bajrami Ollogu u ndal n\u00eb p\u00ebrvojat dhe praktika e m\u00ebsimit on-line n\u00eb arsimin universitar. P\u00ebrvojat e p\u00ebrfituara sipas saj, mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si bazament i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e modeleve alternative p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00ebsimi on-line tha se nuk duhet par\u00eb vet\u00ebm me ngjyrat \u201cbardh e zi\u201d, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur bota po mb\u00ebshtet \u00e7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb tendenca q\u00eb m\u00ebsimi on-line t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si model p\u00ebr organizmin e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb.
