S\u00eb pari, n\u00eb A\u043aademin\u00eb e Shkencave dhe Arteve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, u promovua librin tri gjuh\u00ebsh \u201cLegjislacioni bazik antisemitik i Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb Bullgare\u201d, nga autor\u00ebt Vllado Popovski, Skender Asani dhe Nora Maliqi Zylali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promotori i vepr\u00ebs, akademik Vllado Kambovski, b\u00ebri nj\u00eb prezantim t\u00eb zgjeruar t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb me dokumente, e cila sipas tij, e plot\u00ebson shkenc\u00ebn historiografike n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e dokumenteve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb hulumtuara dhe sistemuara nga ana e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve shkencor\u00eb t\u00eb ITSHKSH-s\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr ai e cil\u00ebsoi edhe si nj\u00eb homazh p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha viktimat e Holokaustit dhe mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb ndihmuan n\u00eb shp\u00ebtimin e hebrenjve t\u00eb k\u00ebtush\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skender Asani, drejtor i Institutit dhe nj\u00ebri nga autor\u00ebt e vepr\u00ebs, tha se \u201cLegjislacioni bazik antisemitik i Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb Bullgare\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr unikate e k\u00ebtij karakteri n\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye se p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb merret me interpretimin studimor t\u00eb legjislacionit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb va\u00e7ant\u00eb, si\u00e7 ishte Mbret\u00ebria Bullgare, p\u00ebr dalim nga ligjet e Nyrnbergut t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin karakter t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjitsh\u00ebm q\u00eb sanksiononin kryer\u00ebsit e krimeve gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cITSHKSH p\u00ebrmes veprave t\u00eb tilla synon t\u00eb konsolidoj\u00eb mendimin kritik &#8211; shkencor mbi proceset e nd\u00ebrlikuara historike t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, duke duke promovuar dioptrin\u00eb objektive e t\u00eb paanshme n\u00eb tabllon\u00eb komplekse t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb nga objektivat shkencore e hulumtuese n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Departamentit p\u00ebr Studimin dhe Edukimin e Holokaustit, i pari i k\u00ebtij lloji n\u00eb rajon,\u00a0 q\u00eb funksionon n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Institutit ton\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Asani.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rreth librit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb foli edhe bashkautori Vllado Popovski, i cili b\u00ebri nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim m\u00eb t\u00eb zgjeruar t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, duke potencuar se Mbret\u00ebria e Bullgaris\u00eb s\u00eb asaj kohe, aksionin e asgj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb hebrenjve e kishte nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb me vet\u00ebiniciativ\u00eb dhe pa presione nga ana e Gjermanis\u00eb fashiste, meq\u00eb nga kjo e fundit priste benefite tjera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn fol\u00ebn edhe recensent\u00ebt Ylber Sela dhe Maja Susha, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e theksuan r\u00ebdn\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij botimi tregjuh\u00ebsh, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr qart\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave historike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ngjarja tjet\u00ebr u zhvillua n\u00eb oborrin e Institutit, ku u mboll\u00ebn disa fidane, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cFidan\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimi\u201d, n\u00eb kujtim t\u00eb 7144 jet\u00ebve t\u00eb humbura t\u00eb hebrenjve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrfunduan n\u00eb kampin Treblinka. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aktivitet u bashk\u00ebngjit edhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i par\u00eb i Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, Artan Grubi.
