Shkup, 1<\/em>4<\/em> shtator 2021<\/em>\u00a0– Gjykata Themelore Civile e Shkupit e ka hedhur si t\u00eb pabaz\u00eb padin\u00eb e gazet\u00ebs KOHA ndaj Institutit t\u00eb Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb Shpirt\u00ebrore e Kulturore t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkup lidhur me reagimin e ITSHKSH-s\u00eb me titull\u00a0\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e\u00a0frikshme gjuha antisemite e gazet\u00ebs KOHA\u201d, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 28 gusht 2020.<\/p>\n

Ky vendim i Gjykat\u00ebs Civile t\u00eb Shkupit ka ardhur pasi q\u00eb ajo i ka shoshitur argumentet e ITSHKSH-s\u00eb dhe ka konstatuar se akuza \u00ebsht\u00eb e pabaz\u00eb, nj\u00ebsoj si edhe k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblim n\u00eb lart\u00ebsi prej 600 mij\u00eb denar\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n

Gazeta \u201cKoha\u201d\u00a0nuk ia doli ta d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb profesionalizmin e saj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fushat\u00eb, madje asaj nuk i ndihmuan edhe mb\u00ebshtetjet e qarqeve t\u00eb caktuara pran\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH-ja konsideron se ky vendim i drejt\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb leksion p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb parap\u00eblqejn\u00eb shantazhin dhe njollosjen e institucioneve kredibile, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ITSHKSH.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH-ja ka qen\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb mbetet gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb mik i pakontestuesh\u00ebm i mediave dhe nj\u00eb ithtar i pakompromist\u00eb i t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe mendimit\u00a0\u00a0t\u00eb lir\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes projekteve e ideve q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr baz\u00eb hulumtimin dhe dokumentimin e ngjarjeve e proceseve historike e aktuale, ITSHKSH-ja synon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet promotore e emancipimit t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb kulturor e civilizues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH-ja i fton mediat t\u00eb jen\u00eb sa m\u00eb aktive me pun\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb pasqyrimin e aktiviteteve e projekteve q\u00eb i zhvillon ITSHKSH, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb impakt pozitiv procesit t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesimit kolektiv t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb. The court rejects the lawsuit of the newspaper KOHA against ISCHA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Skopje, September 1<\/em>4<\/em>t<\/em>h, 2021<\/em>\u00a0– The Basic Civil Court of Skopje has dismissed as unfounded the lawsuit of the newspaper KOHA against the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians in Skopje, regarding the reaction of the ISCHA entitled \u201cThe anti-Semitic language of the newspaper KOHA is frightening \u201d, Dated\u00a0 August 28th, 2020.<\/p>\n

This decision of the Civil Court of Skopje came after it screened the arguments of the ISCHA and found that the accusation is unfounded, as well as the request for compensation in the amount of 600 thousand denars.<\/p>\n

The newspaper “Koha” did not managed to prove its professionalism in this campaign, and even the support of certain circles at the Association of Journalists of Macedonia didn’t helped her.<\/p>\n

ISCHA considers that this fair court decision is a lesson for all those who prefer blackmailing and defamation of credible institutions, such as ISCHA.<\/p>\n

ISCHA has been and will always remain an undisputed friend of the media and an uncompromising supporter of truth and free thought. Through projects and ideas that are based on research and documentation of historical and current events and processes, ISCHA aims to become a promoter of genuine cultural and civilizing emancipation of our society.<\/p>\n
