BREDHI I N\u00cbN\u00cbS TEREZE \u00cbSHT\u00cb TRASH\u00cbGIMI HISTORIKE DHE KULTURORE, QYTETI I SHKUPIT DUHET TA SANOJ\u00cb GJENDJEN E JO T\u00cb B\u00cbJ\u00cb SEHIR!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ka dy dit\u00eb q\u00eb Qyteti i Shkupit nuk po mund t\u00eb jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje se si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohet me kaq pakujdesi nj\u00eb pem\u00eb e karakterit historik, si\u00e7 ishte bredhi i mbjell\u00eb nga vet N\u00ebna Terez\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1980.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH, doli menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb terren dhe p\u00ebrmes Departamentit p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e Gonxhe Bojaxhiut-N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza reagoi posa ndodhi shkulja e k\u00ebtij bredhi, me \u00e7\u2019rast u k\u00ebrkua q\u00eb institucionet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb kujdes maksimal n\u00eb trajtimine\u00a0 k\u00ebsaj peme, p\u00ebr arsye se ajo nuk ishte e zakonshme. Q\u00eb pun\u00ebt t\u00eb kanalizohen dhe t\u00eb marrin orientimin e duhur institucional, menj\u00ebher\u00eb u k\u00ebrkua edhe takim me kryetaren e Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit Danela Arsovska, por ajo u mjaftua vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb komunkim t\u00eb t\u00ebrthort\u00eb p\u00ebrmes disa punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj komune. \u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb keq, si pasoj\u00eb e mos mbajtjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij takimi, erdhi deri te ajo q\u00eb askush nuk e kishte pritur, q\u00eb bredhi i mbjell\u00eb nga vet N\u00ebna Tereze t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb si nj\u00eb objekt pa vler\u00eb, pasi qi ishte coptuar n\u00eb disa vende nga ana e punonnj\u00ebsve t\u00eb NP \u201cParqet dhe Gjelb\u00ebrimet\u201d. P\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb absurdi edhe m\u00eb i madh, drejtori i k\u00ebsaj NP jep nj\u00eb arsyetim qesharak dhe jo bind\u00ebs, se gjoja ka qen\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb vendin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm ky bredh, ndon\u00ebse e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt tjet\u00ebr pasi q\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb sanohet gjendja dhe t\u00eb mos vij\u00eb deri te d\u00ebmtimi i k\u00ebsaj peme historike. Rimbjellja e k\u00ebtij bredhi ka mundur t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pa kurrfar\u00eb problemi, pasi q\u00eb kan\u00eb ekzistuar t\u00eb gjitha parakushtet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, vet\u00ebm ka mjaftuar q\u00eb t\u00eb futet pak m\u00eb thell\u00eb se\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH konsideron se trash\u00ebgimia e Gonxhe Bojaxhiut-N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb dhe ajo duhet ruajtur si syt\u00eb e ballit, p\u00ebrfshi edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb bredh, por edhe pllak\u00ebn e cila u d\u00ebmtua dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe autoritetet e Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit ende nuk kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pist\u00eb t\u00eb duhur mbi epilogun e hetimeve sa i p\u00ebrket autor\u00ebve keqb\u00ebr\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj vepre t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur keq se si nj\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrje Publike\u00a0 si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cParqet dhe Gjelb\u00ebrimet\u201d t\u00eb tregohet kaq e pam\u00ebshirshme ndaj drunjve q\u00eb jan\u00eb simbol i Shkupit dhe si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrmarrje\u00a0 aq shpejt kan\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr fatin e k\u00ebtij bredhi, pa kurrfar\u00eb konsultimi paraprak me ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Veprime t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb shtetet e Perendimit as q\u00eb mund t\u00eb merren me mend, pasi q\u00eb atje edhe drunjt karakteristik ndodhen n\u00eb nj\u00eb indeks t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm p\u00ebrkujdesjeje, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb trajtimin e monumenteve historike dhe kulturore.<\/p>\n

Si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb NP \u201cParqet dhe Gjelb\u00ebrimet\u201d ta injoroj me kaq nonshalanc\u00eb apelin e ITSHKSH p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb ndaj k\u00ebtij bredhi t\u00eb shkulur nga era t\u00eb tregohet kujdes maksimal, sepse ai paraqet simbolik\u00ebn e nj\u00eb tarsh\u00ebgimie t\u00eb \u00e7muar jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Shkupit, por t\u00eb mbar\u00eb planetit, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH me indinjat\u00eb pranoi arsyetimin amatorsek e drejtorit t\u00eb NP \u201cParqet dhe Gjelb\u00ebrimet\u201d mbi ecurin\u00eb e pun\u00ebve rreth (mos)sanimit t\u00eb gjendjes sa i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebtij bredhi karakteristik. P\u00ebr ITSHKSH \u00ebsht\u00eb e paparnueshme q\u00eb nj\u00eb NP t\u00eb vendos mbi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe vlerat e nj\u00eb tash\u00ebgimie n\u00eb territorin e qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit, p\u00ebrfshi edhe bredhin e N\u00ebn\u00ebs Tetrez, p\u00ebr arsye se jan\u00eb institucionet tjera kompetente q\u00eb i p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb k\u00ebto pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prandaj ITSHKSH k\u00ebrkon me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje nga kyetarja Arsovska q\u00eb t\u00eb mbahet nj\u00eb takim i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt ku do t\u00eb vendoset se cilat hapa do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, me theks t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm se si do t\u00eb vendoset rreth rikueprimit t\u00eb gjendjes q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhet me k\u00ebt\u00eb simbol nga trash\u00ebgimia e N\u00ebn\u00ebs Terez\u00eb. Kjo edhe p\u00ebr faktin se tash m\u00eb jan\u00eb njoftuar dhe alarmuar t\u00eb gjitha ambasadat dhe organizatat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb cilat e konsiderojn\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese k\u00ebt\u00eb sjellje kaq brutale t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve komunal\u00eb ndaj bredhit t\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb ofert\u00ebs s\u00eb\u00a0 e kryetares s\u00eb Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb takim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt-konsultativ. N\u00ebse nuk ndodh\u00eb kjo, at\u00ebher\u00eb ITSHKSH do t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha format e presionit publik q\u00eb trash\u00ebgimia historike e kulturore e Gonxhe- Bojaxhiut-N\u00ebn\u00ebs Tereze trajtohet konform metodave t\u00eb njohura shkencore p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe restaurimin e\u00a0 monumenteve nga trash\u00ebgimia historike e shpirt\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

It has been two days from when the City of Skopje has not been able to give any answer as to how it is possible to treat a tree of historical character with such carelessness, such as the pine tree planted by Mother Teresa herself, in 1980.<\/p>\n

ISCHA immediately went to the field, and through the Department for the heritage of Gonxhe Bojaxhiu-Mother Teresa, reacted as soon as the uprooting of this fir tree happened, in which case it was requested that the relevant institutions show maximum care in handling this tree, for the reason that it was not usual. In order for the work to be channeled and to receive the appropriate institutional orientation, immediately, was requested a meeting with the mayor of the City of Skopje, Danela Arsovska, but she was satisfied with only an indirect communication through some employees of this municipality. What’s worse, as a result of not holding this meeting, it came to what no one had expected, that the pine tree planted by Mother Teresa herself ended up as a worthless object, and the tree was torn in several places by the side of the employees of PE “Parks and Greenery”. To make the absurdity even greater, the director of this PE gives a ridiculous and unconvincing reasoning, that it was allegedly impossible to return this spruce to its previous place, although the truth is completely different since it was possible to remedy the situation in order to prevent the damage of this historical tree. The replanting of this tree was able to be done without any problem, since all the prerequisites for such a thing existed, it was only enough to insert it a little deeper than it was before.<\/p>\n

ITSHKSH considers that the legacy of Gonxhe Bojaxhiu-Mother Teresa is extensive and it should be preserved like the eyes on our forehead, including this pine tree, but also the plaque which was damaged days ago and the authorities of the City of Skopje have not yet given a\u00a0 proper track on the epilogue of the investigations regarding the perpetrators of this ugly act.<\/p>\n

It is a pity how a Public Enterprise such as “Parks and Greenery” can be so merciless towards the trees that are a symbol of Skopje and how is it possible that the leaders of this enterprise so quickly decided on the fate of this tree, without any prior consultation with various experts. In the Western Countries such actions cannot even be imagined, since there even the characteristic trees are in a special index of care, which also have the treatment of historical and cultural monuments.<\/p>\n

How is it possible that the PE “Parks and Greenery” so nonchalantly ignores the appeal of ISCHA for the need to show maximum care to this spruce uprooted by the wind, because it represents the symbolism of a precious heritage not only of Skopje, but of around the planet, such as Mother Teresa.<\/p>\n

ISCHA indignantly accepted the amateurish reasoning of the director of PE “Parks and Greenery” on the progress of works regarding the (non)remediation of the condition regarding this characteristic spruce. For ISCHA, it is unacceptable for a PE to decide on the importance and values of a legacy in the territory of the city of Skopje, including the pine tree of Mother Tereza, for the reason that other competent institutions determine these matters.<\/p>\n

Therefore ISCHA persistently requests from mayor Arsovska to hold a joint meeting where it will be decided what steps will be taken in the future, with special emphasis on how it will be decided about the recovery of the situation related to this symbol from the heritage of Mother Teresa. This is also due to the fact that now all embassies and international organizations have been notified and alerted, which consider very disturbing this brutal behavior of municipal employees towards Mother Teresa’s pine tree.<\/p>\n

ISCHA is awaiting the offer of the mayor of the City of Skopje for a joint-consultative meeting. If this does not happen, then ISCHA will use all forms of public pressure that the historical and cultural heritage of Gonxhe-Bojaxhiu-Mother Teresa is treated in accordance with known scientific methods for the protection and restoration of monuments from the historical and spiritual heritage.<\/p>\n
