K\u00ebshtu, kandidati Blerim Qaili,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e mbrojti me sukses punimin me titull: \u201cMarr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet diplomatike t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb (s\u00eb Veriut) me shtetet fqinje, q\u00eb nga Pavar\u00ebsia (1991) e deri m\u00eb 2021\u201d, para komisionit n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje: Prof. dr. Sevdail Demiri \u2013 kryetar, doc. dr. Minir Ademi \u2013 an\u00ebtar dhe doc. dr. Besnik Rameti \u2013 an\u00ebtar (mentor), dhe e mori grad\u00ebn shkencore Magjist\u00ebr i historis\u00eb dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nd\u00ebrsa, kandidati tjet\u00ebr Xhelal Abazi e mbrojti punimin me titull: \u201cMarr\u00ebveshjet paq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e konflikteve ballkanike (1995-2001)\u201d, para komisionit n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje: doc. dr. Minir Ademi \u2013 kryetar, Prof. dr. Sefer Tahiri \u2013 an\u00ebtar dhe doc. dr. Isamet Bakiu \u2013 an\u00ebtar (mentor), dhe poashtu e mori grad\u00ebn shkencore Magjist\u00ebr i historis\u00eb dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vendimet p\u00ebr mbarimin e studimeve t\u00eb magjistratur\u00ebs, me t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb diplomuarit pajisen me 120 kredi, i ndau drejtori i Institutit, prof. dr.
